What’s Included:

• Deluxe accommodations for 4 nights at one of Napa Valley’s top hotel properties:

o In Yountville, at Bardessono, a 550 square-foot Spa Suite with King bed and
additional 250 square-feet of outdoor space is specified for 4 nights.
Complimentary Virtuoso Amenities at this property include:

▪ Complimentary continental breakfast for 2 daily
▪ $100 USD food & beverage credit to be utilized during stay (not
combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full)

• Transportation for 2 full days of wine country touring in Napa Valley and Sonoma
County (up to 16 hrs total) via BMW 740 sedan with one of our highly-knowledgeable,
handpicked drivers. Driver gratuity for two full days of touring is included.

• A full-size rental car (Ford Fusion or similar) with automatic transmission is specified for
4 days. Rental includes all taxes, surcharges, and unlimited mileage. Insurance and GPS
unit to be purchased separately upon vehicle pickup and not included in your program.

• Tasting fees in conjunction with 6 winery visits, including food pairings at Dakota Shy
(sufficient to constitute lunch) and lunch at Skipstone Ranch

• Dinner for 2 at the Restaurant at Meadowood (tasting menu, wine pairings, tax and
service/gratuity included)

• 60-min Signature Solage Mudslide for 2 at Solage, Gratuity is included. Day 3

• A detailed Final Arrangements document with all necessary logistics information
including contact phone numbers, addresses, confirmation numbers plus suggestions for
time at leisure and dinner booking information. Final Arrangements documentation will
be delivered between 3-4 weeks prior to departure or earlier, upon request.
