               The 21st century learning approaches encourage learning process to take place beyond the four-walled classroom
               environment instead of the traditional approach. Developing language skills especially speaking and communication
               skills seem to benefit from this method of 21st century learning. Thus, Pillars TV which is an initiative utilizing online
               platform, mainly social media, is developed to supplement the 21st century learning approach. We are adopting the
               journalism and reported media approach in order to complement pupils’ communication skills with the outside world,
               indirectly, by using social media platform. It is almost free to utilize since it is using YouTube as its main platform to
               publish content. Pillars TV would be one of the popular choices of outside-the-classroom learning as it is close and
               familiar to  the  pupils  because they  are the main  users of the  current social media  platform. In  assisting  learning,
               Pillars TV can be considered 100% beneficial to learners since it is assisting learning itself. It may also be revolutions
               learning from the traditional textbook and classroom approach into something more relaxing, more targeted and more
               comprehensive. Pillars TV also serves as an alternative learning medium where pupils get to express themselves and
               their talent in public oration by providing them with a sense of purpose and authenticity. Pupils are able to conduct
               interviews, gain, screen, and summarize information, and redeliver them to the audience.

               Sejak bermula Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) pada Mac 2020,  system pendidikan di Malaysia lebih tertumpu
               kepada  pengajaran  dan  pembelajaran  di  rumah  (PdPr).  Kehadiran  pelajar  didapati  kurang  memberangsangkan
               semasa  kelas  atas  talian dijalankan.  Punca masalah  adalah  daripada  kekangan  data,  akses  peranti  da  ncapaian
               internet yang terbatas, masalah komputer/laptop dan lain-lain masalah peribadi. Maka, focus inovasi ini adalah bagi
               menghasilkan satu bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang interaktif bagi memudahkan pelajar menjalani kelas
               semasa pdpc/pdpr. Selain itu, projek inovasi yang dinamakan sebagai HYFA1 ini, dapat menghasilkan suatu bahan
               pdpr/pdpc  yang  lebih  menarik  dan  interaktif  sejajar  dengan  konsep  pembelajaran  abad  ke-21.  Selain  itu,  inovasi
               HYFA1 ini, dapat menarik minat pelajar terhadap kursus Perakaunan Kewangan 1. Seramai 11 orang guru  dan 26
               orang pelajar telah diuji sebagai responden untuk menggunakan bahan pdpc/pdp rini. Melalui analisis soal selidik
               yang dijalankan didapati kadar keberkesanan pengajaran dan pembelajaran terhadap guru adalah 100%  manakala
               dari keberkesanan terhadap pelajar adalah 92%. Maka, dengan adanya inovasi HYFA1 ini, pdpc atau pdpr akan jadi
               lebih fleksibel, teradun, berpusatkan pelajar dan pembelajaran yang merentasi kurikulum bagi memenuhi matlamat
               dan aspirasi pendidikann asional.
