➢ Painting two coats of interior acrylic latex enamel (Sherwin Williams ProClassic or similar) on all
new construction interior millwork and doors.
➢ This scope of work anticipates the use of 1 ceiling color, 1 trim and door color, and up to 8 wall
colors. Additional colors and/or extremely dark colors may increase the cost of materials and
labor.

HARWARE, GLASS, & MIRRORS
➢ Supply and install door hardware for all interior and exterior doors as per plans.
➢
➢ Supply and install bathroom accessory hardware for all bathrooms.
➢ In certain locations, the homeowner wishes to provide specialty/antique harware. Until these
are provided, the cost to install could vary widely. Therefore, this scope of work includes an al-
lowance for all specialty/antique installation.
o To avoid delays, homeowner must provide specialty harware prior to the harware trim-out
phase.
➢ Once all specialty hardware is on hand, an estimate for installation can be provided and ap-
proved through BuilderTrend.
➢ Supply and install mirrors for all bathrooms.
➢ For the master bathroom, this scope of work includes one mirror for each vanity.
➢ For all other bathrooms, this scope of work includes one mirror.
➢ Supply and install shower glass door at master steam shower and all (4) upstairs tub/showers. A
glass shower door / surround kit shall be installed at the garage shower.
➢ All hardware, glass, & mirror materials shall be handled as an allowance item and all final selec-
tions shall be approved by the homeowner in BuilderTrend.

APPLIANCES
➢ All kitchen & laundry appliances (new & salvaged) shall be handled as an allowance item (mate-
rial & installation) and all final selections shall be approved by the homeowner in BuilderTrend.
➢ This scope of work does not include the repairs or replacement of salvaged appliances. Any/all
damages caused by salvaged appliances (e.g. appliance leaks) shall be the responsibility of the
homeowner.

PLUMBING FIXTURES
➢ All plumbing fixtures (including material cost, taxes, delivery, etc.) shall be handled as an allow-
ance item and all final selections shall be approved by the homeowner in BuilderTrend.

ELECTRICAL FIXTURES
➢ All electrical fixtures (including material cost, taxes, delivery, etc.) shall be handled as an allow-
ance item and all final selections shall be approved by the homeowner in BuilderTrend.

LOW VOLTAGE
➢ No low voltage wiring is included in the scope of work.
