➢ The 1 floor hall bath is scheduled to receive standard wallpaper. Homeowner to provide all
materials. No other rooms have been included. Type of paper and specific installation methods
may increase the cost of installation. Specialty installation shall be handled with a change order
to the contract.

Exterior

FENCING
➢ No fencing is included in this scope of work.

LANDSCAPING
➢ No landscaping is included in this scope of work.

Miscellaneous

CLEANING
➢ One professional cleaning (whole house and garage apartment) is included in this scope of
work.
➢ One professional duct system cleaning is included in this scope of work.

REMEDIATIONS
➢ Through chemical testing, it has been determined that the original interior trim paint & exterior
paint is coated with lead-based paints. Test results and all required documentation shall be kept
on file by The Kingston Group. Federally approved lead-abatement procedures will be carefully
followed over the course of the renovation. The homeowners will receive (and must
acknowledge receipt of) a copy of the Renovate Right information pamphlet issued by the Envi-
ronmental Protection Agency (EPA).
