                                                           Abstract

The replication stage of inhibition of pathogenic bacteria is important for stopping and
propagating further. The DNA gyrase and Topoisomerase IV replication enzymes are well-
known targets for infection management. For such a purpose, new pyrazoline analogues were
conceived. To examine the possible binding mechanism and energy, docking experiments
were conducted using AutoDock on inhibitory activity against topoisomerase II. RMSD value
< 2 was used to validate the molecular docking technique. The interaction of molecular
docking showed distinguishing interaction among all three analogues. Even so, all analogues
show an outstanding level of free energy from Gibbs.
