woman praised her, and she began to explain how to turn the rubber and how

            to control the oar.
‘‘You are a really quick learner!’’ Mr. Compass said to her, and the woman
also nodded with a satisfied smile. ‘‘Oops!’’ The woman saw her watch and

shouted. ‘‘Now, we have to go.’’ It happened too suddenly, and the girl couldn’t

understand what she said. ‘‘To where?’’ She asked, and the woman pointed
down and said ‘‘Go down and down to the lake.’’ The girl became suddenly
afraid and asked them timidly ‘‘So, will you get o the yacht?’’ The woman

nodded. The moment, the girl was confused and thought round and round,

how she can ride the yacht and how she can control it by herself. ‘‘Girl’’ The
woman called her, showed her kind smile, and she said ‘‘Listen to the wind.’’

The voice was riding on the wind and reached the girl’s ears. There was
silence for a short time. The girl immediately opened her lips and said ‘‘Let me

handle it.’’ The woman looked at her face and nodded with a satisfied smile.
‘‘Girl, look at me.’’ Mr. Compass spun his needle and pointed in one direction.

‘‘You can now trust me. Go ahead!’’ He said, and the woman stretched her arm
and pointed in the direction. ‘‘Girl, go ahead the path you believe.’’ And at

once she showed her cheerful smile, they jumped into the lake and
disappeared from her sight. Now, there is only a girl on a small yacht on a

large lake. But she wasn’t afraid of anything at the time. First, I looked through
the direction as Mr. Compass pointed, and then looked down at the movement

of the wave. Then, she closed her eyes and said to herself, ‘‘Listen to the wind.’’
