The Patents
Having repeatedly asked Litan for a copy of the letter giving him the
international patents he finally sent the letter:
After reading this e-mail Jim immediately sent an e-mail to Litan setting
out his concerns that there was no foundation to the company as it had
no assets and as it stood Litan was simply an employee of the Russian
scientists.
Litan responded to Jim's e-mail by stating that he had everything in
hand and that the patents would be assigned to the company.
