Postscript
On Wednesday 15th March Litan called Jim and said that he had all
the information Jim had earlier asked for and would send it to him
immediately. In addition he informed Jim that he had acquired a further
patent registered in the US which he had decided to add to the
company portfolio. He had also arranged a meeting with the Edinburgh
Chamber of Commerce for the 22nd March and asked if Jim would
attend it with him. He would include the flyer about the meeting for
Jim's information.
Jim asked if all the information he had asked for would be sent to him.
Litan said it would and that he intended to address the issues Jim had
raised earlier at a meeting with Jim after the Chamber of Commerce
meeting on 22nd March.
Jim agreed that he would look at the information and the flyer but did
not promise anything else.
The information duly arrived but as Jim had suspected it did not
answer the questions Jim was concerned with.
