In addition to the above Jim also received from Litan an application for
a Scottish Enterprise ' GROWTH PIPELINE': (see Appendix 2) which
seemed to be at odds with what Litan had said in their meeting of 1st
March.
During the morning of Thursday 17th March Jim composed an e-mail
(Appendix 1:22) to Litan and posed a set of questions (Appendix 5)
that he would like answered by Litan.
At this point Jim was simply going through the motions as he
suspected that the answers he would receive would be as banal as the
ones he had become accustomed to receiving from Litan.
By early afternoon on Thursday 17th Litan had responded and sent
Jim his answers to the questions (Appendix 5)
Jim again thought about the situation and came to the conclusion that
whatever he said Litan would ignore it so he wrote to the company
secretary advising him that he no longer had any connection with the
company and would he arrange to transfer the company address and
takeover the ownership of the domain name etc.
