The Company Secretary

Edward phoned Jim to discuss what was going on with
the company as he had had no contact with Litan other than when he
was asked to join the company. Jim informed him that he had spoken
to Litan who had said that he was thinking of dissolving the company
as things were not working out as he had planned.

Edward got in touch with Litan:

I spoke with Jim last night and he made me aware of your
situation and that you were thinking of dissolving the company. In
this circumstance I feel it is appropriate for me to tend my
resignation forthwith as company secretary. I feel sure you are
making the right decision.

I would point out that you will have to change the corporate

address of the company to ensure a timely flow of information and
to keep your finger on the pulse.

I will forward the letters you requested today to the address
provided.
