Dear Edward,

Thanks for your e-mail. I will change the company's registered
address in couple weeks’ time. I have sent Jim an e-mail
explaining my plan about the website. I wish I could have made
the company a successful one and work together. But
unfortunately I has not happened. I am accepting your resignation
with regret. I would like to thank you for your trust in us. If anything
positive happens with the company in future we will contact you.

Litan also sent an e-mail to Jim:

Dear Jim,

Edward has opted to resign from Euro-ATS as company
secretary. I have not heard anything from the other directors
whether they would like to take over the company including its
website. In this case I have decided to change the company's
registered address and I will try to complete the process in couple
of weeks’ time. I have accepted Edward's resignation. My
heartiest thanks to him.

wished to develop the company, that his wife was going to take over
