The End

On Sunday morning, 6th March, Jim decided that he should not wait
for a reply to his e-mail of 4th March and sent Litan an e-mail
(Appendix 1: 19) withdrawing from all association with E-ATS Ltd.

At 1700 on Sunday 6th March Litan phoned to say that he did not want
Jim to pull out of the company. That he did not intend to be dishonest
or deceitful and that within two weeks he would have everything sorted
out and that he would provide Jim with all the information that he had
himself. Jim responded that instead of two weeks why not tell him now
what was going on. Litan said that it was complicated. Jim replied that
he did not feel comfortable with the situation and did not think it
worthwhile pursuing this venture. He had heard these prevarications
and generalisations before and had little confidence in Litan providing
any concrete information at any time.

Litan asked Jim to wait for two weeks before making a decision.
