                   distinguish between patients with acute myocardial
                   infarction and those without infarction. The Sgarbossa
                   criteria includes the following:

                               Sgarbossa criteria
                   ST depression more than 1 mm in leads V1 to V3  3 Points
                   ST elevation more than 1 mm in leads with positive  5 Points
                   QRS complex
                   ST elevation more than 5 mm in leads with   2 Points
                   negative QRS complex
