Lifescape Services will be offering a free six week workshop on “Managing Your

Chronic Diseases” on Tuesdays March 12th through April 16th. The workshops will
meet from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. in our lower level fellowship hall. The program con-
sists of interactive workshops during which you will learn skills to help you regain con-

trol and manage your chronic illnesses. Anyone 60+ years of age that lives with a
chronic health condition or knows someone who does is welcome. Topics include
working with your doctor, relaxation techniques, dealing with negative emotions, man-
aging symptoms, improving communication, tips for eating well, personalizing a fit-

ness and exercise program and effective problem solving.
