We had 12 ladies that

participated in our Appe-
tizer Tasting and UFO
day on August 11th! Lots of
great food, much laughter, and

tons of work done! Some of
the ladies did some prep work
for donations we are giving to
Medina Nursing Center for the

Operation Care Package pro-
gram for active soldiers. We
were able to make 41 neck
guards and 50 Christmas

stockings. Thanks to all of the
ladies that came and a special
thank you to Mary Nuss and

Judy Norling for all of the sew-
ing of the items we cut out!

now......Our next event
is Oct. 13th at 9am at the

church downstairs. We will
learn simple (or not simple!)
cake decorating, by some of

our very own talented wom-
en!! Eating a cupcake may
also be involved!! Any ques-
tions, please let us know. As
always, your entrance "fee"

is any box item donation for
our Blessing Box!
