               1.2 Project objectives

                                      Various factors, some of which are described above, contribute
                                      to  questioning  the  familiar  function-oriented  structure.  For  the
                                      Group, this creates the need for an organizational structure that
                                      enables a high degree of flexibility, reflects the organization of
                                      our  customers  (OEMs)  and  promotes  European  cooperation

                                      The  cross-functional  redesign  of  the  division  is  proclaimed
               according  to  the  motto  of  Jim  Collins'  book  "From  Good  to  Great":  the  positive
               development  of  the  group  in  the  last  few  years  leads  to  further  growth  and
               strengthening  of  the  company's  own  market  position,  although  a  suitable
               organizational structure must be in place.

               1.3 Project time planning

               The  timetable  for  the  implementation  is  similar  to  a  mountain  rise  with  the
               involvement of a large number of employees in spring 2016, the project moves from
               the  strategic  to  the  operative  phase  with  the  aim  of  completing  the  organizational
               change in until the end of 2017(see figure 3).


               The organization change is done in May 2017, the project is closed in April 2018.
