violence, historical trauma and an inadequate natural support network
o Families who:
• Are pregnant
• Have infants and young children
• Have lost a pregnancy or have experienced infant death
• Have a child who was in the NICU
• Have experienced a high degree of trauma, historical trauma and chronic stress
• Are single parent families (mother or father)
• Are providing foster care
• Are dealing with mental illness
• Have child with a developmental delay
• Are undocumented, non-English speaking, preliterate families
