 Put together an Emergency Supply Kit that includes a battery-operated flashlight, extra batteries,
radio, cell phone charger for an automobile, and anything else that will assist you in the event of an
emergency.
 Determine the safest place in your store in the event you must move Guests and Team Members
during a tornado warning or shelter-in-place order.

 Evacuations:
 All Managers must understand their role in an evacuation.

 Each store must post an evacuation plan that includes at least two evacuation routes out of the
store as well as two predetermined meeting places.

 Review evacuation plan with Management biannually.
