EMERGENCY MESSAGE CENTER
A toll-free number — 866.332.4451 — will provide up-to-date information via a recorded message in the
event of a local or national emergency, natural disaster, or any time we need to provide frequent updates
to our Managers and Team Members. This is an outgoing message center only and is intended for Dave &
Buster’s Managers and Team Members.
When necessary, the Emergency Message Center will be updated every 2 hours as new information
becomes available (or at an interval determined by the Crisis Team at the start of the crisis):
Reiterate to Managers and Team Members that their safety is the top priority.
Status of stores/WHQ – who is closed; targeted reopening date/time.
If appropriate, provide an update on damage to stores/WHQ.
If necessary, let Managers and Team Members know when to report to their store/WHQ … or if they
should report to the nearest store to assist in cleanup, Guest service, etc.
