Spoon this glaze over chocolate cupcakes, vanilla ice cream, slices of fresh
pound cake—you name it. What I adore about it is that it looks and tastes
impressive yet is a breeze to prepare. Four ingredients in a saucepan. What could
be simpler?
MAKES 1 CUP, ENOUGH TO GLAZE 24 CUPCAKES (2½-INCH
SIZE) THINLY
PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 2 TO 3 MINUTES
1 cup semisweet chocolate or white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
