classroom because it helps the learners to be
innovative and encourage them to learn new things.
The learners find creative projects interesting and
fulfilling.
Diversity
An ideal teacher embrace diversity in the classroom
and respect the learners’ different cultural and religious
background. In addition, ideal teachers do not
promote any specific cultures and customs.
