An ideal teacher

                                                         Collaborative learning

An ideal teacher encourages collaboration because
when students spend time in groups they are able to
gain deeper knowledge and gain skills such as
communication and writing. Murphy & Mahoney (2005)
believe that a collaborative classroom help the learners
to learn more actively and effectively than as
                                          compared to passive learning environment

                             Parental Involvement

An ideal teacher encourages parental involvement
because it improves learners’ performance and
behaviour. Parental involvement does not only improve
learners academic achievement but it also encourage
good behaviour and social interaction (Centre for child
              Well-Being, 2010).

                                                                     Inclusivity

                                              THE TEACHER ACKNOWLEDGES LEARNERS DIFFERENCES
LEARNERS AND ATTEND TO THE LEARNERS’ INDIVIDUAL
                                              NEEDS. ACCORDING UNESCO (1994) TEACHERS
SHOULD BE AWARE OF LEARNERS’ DIFFERENCES AND
TRY TO ACCOMMODATE THEM TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL
                                              LEARNING.
