Tortellini Salad

                 1                     cauliflower, head
                 2            bunches  broccoli
                 2              boxes  tortellini, cheese-filled
                 1                     Italian salad dressing, low calorie
                                       carrots -- shredded

               Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces. Steam until tender (do
               not overcook). Prepare tortellini per instructions on box.  Mix all
               ingredients and chill.

               NOTES : The tortellini is found in the frozen section with the
                       ravioli.  It can be cheese filled, meat filled, or spinach
                       filled, or a combination of both.  The salad looks nice
