               NOTES : I made this, but the original recipe called for 1
                       tablespoon of each of the spices and 2 tablespoons of salt
                       and pepper.  It was highly spicy, so I said I would cut
                       the spices back dramatically!  Gary Pierce, the author
                       said this:  "Many of the measurements are approximate
                       because I tend to look at my spice rack and then grab a
                       pinch of this and a pinch of that."  Well, I think a
                       tablespoon is a lot more than a pinch.
