Barbequed Pork

                 3                 lb  sirloin tip pork roast, trimmed
                 2               tbsp  hoisin sauce
                 4               tbsp  catsup
                 4               tbsp  sugar
                 1               tbsp  soy sauce

               Cut pork into strips 4x2x1 inch.  Mix rest of ingredients and pour over
               pork strips.  Marinate at least four hours or over night.  Preheat oven to
               375 degrees.  Line roasting pan with foil and place pork on roasting rack.
                Roast 45 minutes turning once or twice.  Serves 6 to 8.
