Caramelized Pork Slices

                 1               Tbs.  butter
                 1               Tbs.  oil
                 1                lb.  pork tenderloin, R-T-C -- cut into 1/2 slices
                 2             cloves  garlic -- minced
                 2               Tbs.  packed brown sugar
                 1               Tbs.  lemon juice
                 1               Tbs.  molasses -- Goldens?
                 1/2             tsp.  salt
                 1/4             tsp.  pepper

               Cook pork and garlic in oil and butter in a skillet 6-8 minutes over
               medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until pork is light brown and
               slightly pink in center. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining
               ingredients; cook until mixture thickens and coats pork. Serve over rice.
