Grilled Honey-Ginger Pork Chops

                 4                     pork chops -- 1 1/2 inches thick
                 1/3              cup  honey
                 3        tablespoons  soy sauce
                 1         tablespoon  vegetable oil
                 2             cloves  garlic -- minced
                 1           teaspoon  ginger -- powdered
                 1           teaspoon  sesame oil

               Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a
               shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over chops, cover, and allow to marinate
               in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.

               Preheat grill for medium heat.

               Remove chops from glass dish and discrard marinade. Place chops on a
               lightly oil grill rack and allow to cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once.
