Best Ribs

                 4                 lb  pork backribs -- cut in serving-size
                 3/8              tsp  garlic salt
                 1               tbsp  sugar
                 1               tbsp  paprika
                 2                tsp  salt
                 2                tsp  pepper
                 1                tsp  chili pepper
                 1                     Best Barbeque Sauce

               Rub ribs with garlic; place in a shallow roasting pan.  Cover and bake at
               300 degrees for 2 hours or more, until tender.  Cool slightly.  Combine
               the seasonings and rub over ribs.  Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or
               overnight.

               Set aside 3/4 cup of sauce.  Brush ribs with remaining sauce.  Grill over
               medium heat, turning and basting with sauce for about 12 minutes.

               Serve with reserved sauce.

                       combination of recipes, so I claim it as my own.
                       Have made them several times since.  They are wonderful!
