Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
               -------- ------------ --------------------------------
5 potato -- medium size, cut in cubes
                 1 onion -- diced
1 small cabbage -- sliced and cored
                 3 cubes chicken bouillon
1 package kielbasa -- 16 oz, cut in slices
1 pound swiss cheese -- shredded
                 1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper -- to taste

In a large sized soup pot put the potatoes, onion, cabbage and bouillon
cubes. Cover with water by approximately one inch. Allow to boil, and then
simmer on medium heat for approximately 15-minutes. Add the sausage and
cook for 20-minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese and milk, stir,
but do not allow it to boil. Once the cheese is melted, the soup is
               ready! Serve immediately.

Swiss cheese, potatoes and polish kielbasa: the perfect combination for
this chowder recipe. Once you try it, you'll want to cook this all the
               time!
