Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef, 4% fat
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can canned tomatoes with green chiles
1 can green chiles -- optional
1 can corn
2 cans pinto beans
1 1/2 cans water
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch salad dressing -- dry
Brown ground beef, drain. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 3/4
hour.
Top with cheese, sour cream, corn chips, etc.
