Velvet Zucchini Soup

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 2                     zucchini -- medium
                 2               tbsp  butter
                 2               tbsp  onion -- chopped
                 1              clove  garlic -- minced
                 1                tsp  curry powder
                 1/2                c  cream
                 1                can  chicken broth -- 13 oz

               Slice zucchini and saute with onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.
               Add curry powder and simmer covered for 15 minutes.  Blend in blender.
               Add cream and broth and blend.  Serve hot or cold.
