Dedication

This cookbook is dedicated to my mom, Connie Harrington. My mom was a fun
loving woman with an infectious laugh. She was talented in so many areas: a
gifted photographer, an excellent cook, a computer whiz, a lover of crossword
puzzles, and a collector of recipes. This book contains the recipes that she
took the time to enter into her Master Cook software, in a cookbook called
Connie’s Favorites which have so many fun notes that she left behind. I
included some of her loveliest photographs that she took between 2004 and 2007
(when she started shooting digital!) And, I added a few recipes from my own
collection (requested by my kids) and some of my own notes along the way. My
mom would be thrilled to know that her recipes live on and that her grandsons,
Scott and Jason, are cooking them. ~ Lynne Harrington
