Artichoke Dip

                 1                can  artichoke hearts -- 16 oz.
                 1                  c  mayonnaise, low fat (Best Foods)
                 1                  c  Parmesan cheese
                 1/4              tsp  garlic powder

               Drain and chop artichokes. Combine all ingredients.  Bake 20-25 minutes at
               300º.  Place under broiler for several minutes.  Serve.
