Bread Pull-Apart

                 1                     loaf French bread -- round
                 3                     butter, cube
                 1               tbsp  Beau Monde seasoning
                 1                     lemon juice
                                       Dijon mustard
                 2                  c  Swiss cheese

               Cut bread, to 1/2 inch of bottom, into 1" squares.  Melt butter, add
               seasonings, pour over bread.  Put bread into oven until warm.  Cover with
               cheese and return to oven until melted.  Serve immediately.  Eat with
               fingers, pulling off chunks.
