Cauliflower Poppers

1 head cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 spray cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower florets into grape-sized
pieces. There should be about four cups. Place cauliflower in a ziplog
bag. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Shake well to
coat.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Spread cauliflower on sheet and bake
until cauliflower is tender, but not mushy, stirring halfway through.
About 20 minutes.
"This is very good and also very easy. We liked it and will be having it
again. My DH who doesn't eat cooked cauliflower ate this and enjoyed it.
