Dill Shrimp - NF

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 1 1/2              c  nonfat mayonnaise
                 1/3                c  lemon juice
                 1/4                c  sugar
                 1/2                c  nonfat sour cream
                 1              large  red onion -- thinly sliced
                 2               tbsp  dill
                 1/4              tsp  salt
                 2                 lb  cooked shrimp -- medium
                                       (frozen bagged ones)

               In a large bowl mix mayo, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, onion, dill &
               salt. ?Stir in shrimp. cover & refrigerate overnight. Stir once. Serve
               with toothpicks.
               I like to serve it in a shallow bowl or deep plate.

               No matter how much you make, it won't be enough

               NOTES : Made this on 12/11/2001.  It makes a lot of sauce, might
                       try using 3 lbs of shrimp.  I used non-fat Miracle Whip.
                       It was really good!

                       Made again on 12/13/2002 using 1/3 recipe with one pound
                       of shrimp.  Instead of dill, I used Tarragon and chopped
                       onion.  Next time will use green onions (4?) and continue
                       to use 1/3 recipe until perfected.
