Fantastic Artichoke Dip

1 pkg artichokes, frozen
8 oz low calorie cream cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1 c lowfat mayonnaise
1 c parmesan cheese -- grated
1 Onion -- finely chopped
2 clove garlic -- finely chopped
Drain artichokes well and tear them apart with your fingers. Combine all
other ingredients and mash. Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for approx.
30 minutes @ 350 or until bubbly.
Serve hot out of the oven.

NOTES : We had a dip similar to this at Valeries wedding
reception, so I went hunting for the recipe. Made this on
12/31/01. It is wonderful!
Used non-fat tortillas and cooked them, two at a time, in
the oven @ 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Easier just to use
corn chips.
