Easy Artichoke Dip

1 can plain artichoke hearts -- (15 oz.) drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon jalapeno chile peppers
Blend artichokes in a blender until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan
cheese and garlic to artichoke mixture.
Mix well. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly
browned.
Serve with tortilla chips, toasted french bread slices, bagel chips, even
meatballs.

NOTES : I made this on 10/15/02, trying to duplicate the dip
Safeway has. This was real good. I used canned Artichoke
Bottoms and about four slices of Jalapeno. It was not
enough Jalapeno. Also, I didn't cook it. But if you
don't cook it, it definitely needs to be made ahead of
time so the cheese blends into the mayonnaise. -- ch
