Layered Dip - Quick and Easy

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 1                cup  Guacamole
                 1                cup  nonfat sour cream
                 1                cup  salsa
                 1                cup  shredded cheddar cheese

               Use a small platter, layer the ingredients in order listed.  Chill in
               fridge, remove 1/2 hour before serving.  Serve with crackers or tortilla
               chips.
