Pineapple Cheeseball

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 2                pkg  cream cheese -- 8 oz each
                 1                can  crushed pineapple in juice -- 8 oz
                 2                  c  pecans -- chopped
                 1/4                c  green bell pepper -- finely chopped
                 2               tbsp  onion -- chopped
                 1               tbsp  seasoned salt

               Beat cream cheese until smooth.  Stir in pineapple, one cup of nuts,
               chopped pepper, onion & seasoned salt.  Form into 1 large or 2 small
               balls.  Roll balls in remaining cup of nuts until covered.

               Cover balls with Saran wrap & foil.  Freezes well.
