Shrimp with Vodka Dip

                 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

                 2                  c  mayonnaise
                 1/4                c  sour cream
                 3/4                c  chili sauce -- red
                 1/4              tsp  Tabasco sauce
                 4                tsp  A-1® Steak Sauce
                 2               tbsp  chives -- chopped
                                       pepper -- to taste
                 1/3                c  vodka
                                       shrimp, cooked

               Whisk together all ingredients, except shrimp, in a small bowl until
               combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to
               blend.  Before serving, place the dip in a serving bowl and surround with
               shrimp.  Makes 3-1/2 cups.

                       It reminds you of Thousand Island dressing, but it has a
