Salmon Spread

8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 package salmon
1 tablespoon parsley
Mix all together and serve with crackers.

NOTES : I got this recipe from a woman at Lance Houser's picnic in
June 2005. It is so good. I made it with a package of
smoked salmon and even Les liked it.
Made this for 7/4/06. It was so good. The package of
salmon I had was 8 oz, so I made it with 2-8 oz packages
of cream cheese. After it sat a while it was more fishy
that I like so I added another package of cream cheese. It
was perfect. Makes a great spread.
