Diablo Dip

2 ea avocado -- mashed
1 dash salt
1/8 tsp tabasco sauce
1 dash lemon juice
1 c nonfat sour cream
1 c Monterey jack cheese -- grated
1 c sharp cheddar cheese -- grated
1 c tomatoes -- finely chopped
1 can black olives -- sliced
1 can green chilis -- diced
1/4 c green onions -- chopped with green
Layer ingredients, as follows, on large round plate or platter, gradually
decreasing size of circle so as to build a Mt. Diablo.
1. Avocados mixed with salt, tabasco and lemon juice.
2. Sour cream
3. Cheeses
4. Tomatoes
5. Olives
6. Chiles
Top with parsley sprigs for green on the mountain.
