comprises of 12% of Providence’s Rehab
and CCC volumes. The volume for this
population decreased by 8% (the share

decreased by 2%) over the last 3 years.

• Most rehab patients come from Central

East, Toronto Central and Central.
Providence has 10-24% market share in
rehab cases across its top LHINs.

• Scarborough and Rouge Hospital is the top referrer for Stroke Rehab & CCC, followed

by Sunnybrook, St. Michael’s Hospital & Michael Garron Hospital.

• Most stroke Rehab and CCC patients are discharged home.

• Most Stroke Rehab and CCC cases are in the below RCGs:

– Stroke - Left Body Involvement (Right Brain)
– Stroke - Right Body Involvement (Left Brain)

• Most Stroke Rehab and CCC cases are in RPG 1110.
