1.0 WELCOME

The meeting was called to order at 7:31am by P. Gordon who then opened with prayer.

2.0 DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

No conflicts were declared.
3.0 REVIEW OF MINUTES – Sept. 25, 2017

The minutes of the Sept. 25, 2017 meeting were reviewed.

Motion: E. Malcolmson moved that the minutes of Sept. 25, 2017 be approved as presented. The
Motion was seconded by D. Belmonte and carried.
4.0 CEO REMARKS

 Clinical care is going well at all three sites. The EDs at both SJHC and SMH remain busy and
beds are full and being managed according to standing processes. Further bed pressures are
anticipated once flu season begins and the need for isolation rooms increases.
