          MIT’s goal to streamline administrative systems and processes while
          making the campus experience more welcoming for students and
          faculty.  Th  e purpose was to create an online service nexus with
          systems, tools, information and resources that aligns service delivery
          in a one-stop shop experience and consolidates many activities and
          services in one location.  Services are rendered via customer service
          reps and self-service kiosks collaborating space and technology with
          people, technology and space.   Th  e Atlas Service Center initiative
          is focus on identifying both one-time and everyday needs-such as on
          boarding and orientation, parking and commuter services, ID cards,
          I9 processes, tech  cash, in-person payroll and benefi ts transactions.
