Conflict of Interest & Job Completion

If you foresee any potential conflict of interest with your clients and Amway,

how does your company propose to ensure confidentiality in such cases?

We do not foresee any potential conflict with other clients Amway and
Associated Brands outlined in this RFP. Our business in San Diego and
nationwide requires a great deal of confidentiality. Everyone in our office
understands the importance of maintaining the confidential integrity of each

program we manage. Having worked with Amway multiple times over the
years in all our offices we understand the sensitivity and confidentiality of our
services and are more than happy to sign any confidentiality agreements
necessary.

Please indicate whether, in the past five years, your company has ever failed to
complete any work awarded to it or whether any contract to perform work was

terminated because of the company’s poor performance, regardless of the
reason. If so, note when, where and why.
What changes were made to your business as a result?

Hello! California has always fulfilled its program obligations. In its history,
Hello Destination Management, has never failed or not completed a piece
of work or service that it was contracted or obligated to perform by a
client.
