Staff Profiles
Provide brief profiles of key management executives and key staff who will be
directly involved with Amway.
Our capabilities begin with our local San Diego office comprised of over 14 full-
time employees supported by over 50 local staff who support our efforts as
dictated by customer needs. We are also unique among traditional DMCs in that
we have made an investment in dedicated Creative Services personnel who
provide specialty expertise enabling us to rapidly service customer needs in this
highly specialized discipline. This team is also able to turn to our National
Resources Group, a five-member team of Creative experts with multiple
specialties to speed the creation and logistical fulfilment of events during high
volume periods. Your Hello team also benefits from our Orlando-based support
departments for Information Technology, Risk Management, Print/Graphics and
Accounting.
While these functions are vital to a DMC’s success, they can be a distraction for a
fulfillment team that must devote time and attention to the issues associated
with them. We are able to delegate these functions to our support departments
and need only ensure that their final product is accurate, versus managing a
sub-contracted vendor or performing the functions ourselves. The benefit to
you is a support team unburdened by performing these tasks, resulting in
increased focus on your program’s fulfillment components. Unlike franchise
DMCs who share marketing arrangements and sales teams but are actually
separate owners, our single owner structure ensures that all offices work in
tandem to protect our company’s operational integrity in all destinations.
