             For any work intended to be outsourced to other companies, please

             describe how these relationships are managed. Please include specific
             examples of work that you currently outsource today.


             Hello California and all of our offices are service based. We do not own anything.
             Our business is managing local and national suppliers to meet the unique needs
             of our clients. We vet vendors based on years of experience and their industry
             resume. Once a vendor is engaged we manage all the specifics we require of

             them for each individual project. We negotiate and contract based on program
             requirements.


             The implementation of the Hello! DMC Tactical Toolkit on “Level 1” Programs has
             been highly effective with how we manage vendor and venue partners.
