                                     Project Management







             Describe your project management and issue resolution process.


              Amway will have a dedicated support team on this program consisting of the

              (1) Director of Sales, (1) Director of Operations, (1) Executive Producer
              (Creative), (1) Product Development Manager, (1) Sales Coordinator, and
              several operation associates. (exact number based on final scope of services)


             The Director of Sales and the Sales Coordinator will work with Amway to produce
             proposals and hold space with our partner/suppliers utilizing the help of the
             Director of Product Development. Once the group is confirmed the Lead
             Operations Manager (Director of Operations) becomes intimately involved on the

             file for program operation, logistics and billing (This process mirrors the sales and
             catering model of most resorts) Amway’s Hello! California support team will access
             or tap into our additional resources of the other Hello! offices as required to meet
             Amway’s service needs.



             Your Amway support team has a variety of additional resources to assist with
             meeting your needs. These include our in-house Creative Services Department,
             our Marketing Manager, Information Technology Department (for technical
             solutions and group specific website creation), Print Shop and Graphics
             Designer team, Operations Department, Accounting Department, Risk
             Management, and field staff support. The concept is that your dedicated team
             operates as a boutique DMC entirely focused on you yet has the resources of a

             large organization to meet the ever-changing needs of Amway.



             In the event of issues associated with service emergencies, our response is to acquire
             replacement equipment or services immediately upon identification of the issue.
             Whether that solution comes from the original vendor involved or a different vendor

             will be determined by the speed at which the solution can be provided, not by the
             cost to Hello California. Our focus is on providing the service required as soon as
             possible, and we will assume all responsibility for reconciling the financial issues with
             vendors after the fact. We will deliver the service as contracted as rapidly as possible
             regardless of the circumstances of the failure or effects on profitability. (cont.)
